- Refill - this consists of a freshly-filled labelled bottle with plastic stopper and eight new diffuser reeds. All you have to do is remove the stopper, screw on your silver collar from your empty bottle and add your fresh reeds. I'll colllect your empty bottle when delivering your new one.
